You will be emailed a Digiticket that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may print out this ticket or have it available for display on your smart phone/ tablet screen, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode, which will grant you quicker access. Please be aware that your ticket comprises of entry through the pier toll, if you cannot print your ticket or show it via your smartphone to the toll attendant you may be charged for toll entry.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds online. Please contact RockReef for further information.

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, either printed or visible on your smartphone/tablet screen.

Are there any booking fees?

For online and telephone bookings you will incur a £1.50 charge.

I don't have a printer...

Simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID. Please give this unique booking reference number to the RockReef Reception to check you in. If you are booked into PierZip, please go direcct to the PierZip kit up station to get checked in.

The Pier Toll

The Pier Toll operates in peak season, your ticket will provide free access for anyone included in the ticket, but any accompanying persons will be required to pay. Children under 16 with a ticket will be allowed to have one accompanying adult access the Pier for free but any extra accompanying persons will be required to pay.

Is there wheelchair access?

As there are restrictions in the building, wheelchair users are asked to contact us directly for more information.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

If there are spaces available you are welcome to book on the day, but certain time slots will fill up quickly so there may be a wait. Booking online guarantees your preferred time slot. But you can book at reception for another date or time.

What if it Rains, Snows etc.

Believe it or not, it may happen!  The best thing about RockReef is that it is indoors, the Pier has a shelter running up to the entrance so any rainy days won’t be a problem. PierZip operates in most weathers including rain. If for some reason we are unable to open due to extreme weather, we will endeavour to contact you a soon as possible and book you an alternate date and time of your choosing.
